1 minute double unders (one at a time, switching every 3 reps, 1 point per switch).
1 minute calorie assault bike (one working at a time).
1 minute push press (53/75, switch every 5 reps, can pass the bar to partner).
1 minute med ball sit ups.
1 minute rest.
