Skill Work

We started off today with some skill work on the power clean and power jerk.
The emphasis was on quick elbows (coming around the bar in the power clean and locking the bar out overhead in the jerk) and being in a good receiving position on both movements. We paused for at least one second in the catch position of both to ensure this. I was really impressed with how well everyone focused on the SKILL of the movements.
Angelo and Perry were both looking solid all morning.

20 Minute AMRAP:
10 Burpees
200m Run
*P1 does 10 burpees, then P2 does 10 burpees, then P1 runs 200m, then P2 runs 200m= 1 Round
