There was a good amount of hustle and bustle at yesterday’s 11am class!
We have been getting a lot of different things done within a one hour class lately. In order to do this, and be considerate of everyone’s time, it is very important to be on time (even a little early) when possible. We know life can get in the way sometimes, and people will be late. But when you are, you may not get to do the full warm up or go as heavy in the lifting portion for safety reasons. It can also be very helpful to come to class prepared—knowing what the workout is and/or what you did for lifting the previous week can help you get to your weights or warm up the movements more efficiently.
