Oh My Hammy!

Cathy was doing a great job of finding and maintaining a good position on today’s Pendlay Rows.
Hamstrings definitely play a key role in being able to hold a good position on the rows. Your hamstrings have to be flexible enough to allow your torso to be parallel to the ground throughout the movement. They also need to be strong enough to isometrically hold you in this position for rep after rep. We’re learning a lot about ourselves as we learn all of these new movements.
