Hammies on Hammies

Yesterday during the Pendlay Row we used our hamstrings isometrically, meaning they stayed in a static contraction throughout the movement. Today we used the hamstrings dynamically in the Nordic Curls; which for most people was pretty intense. Both Ethan and Nate were doing a great job during the eccentric and concentric portions of the movement.
