Taper Time

For those that are competing in the Open it's time to taper. We talked about it today in class, but if you have any questions make sure you talk to one of the trainers about how best to keep yourself fresh and ready for the first Open workout this Saturday!!!

We will be running the Open workouts on Saturday mornings this year. For those that are registered we will have a heat sheet that you can sign up on from the website. If you cannot do the workout on Saturday you MUST contact Helene or Annie to set up an alternative time.
