Styles

We talked about two different ways to tackle the single arm dumbbell snatch today; one being the more traditional way (like Sarah is doing in the background) and the other being a more thumb forward at the bottom and thumb back at the top style (like Ken is doing). Have you experimented with both styles? Does one feel much more comfortable than the other?
