We talked a bit today at 9am about trying to use the hips (versus the quads) on movements like the KBS, and the Box Jump (first two photos), especially in a workout like today's that then has two very quad driven movements like the Wall Ball and the Thruster (next two photos). Which were all balanced out nicely by a shoulder driven movement; Pull Ups (last photo).
