Early Morning Assault

Nothing like an early morning assault bike sprint.

For Time:
Teams of 4 raced assault bikes 2 laps around an oval track that was divided into 18 four-foot sections. Each person could move the bike forward four feet after they completed 7/10 calories, then the next person in line would bike sprint. After biking, athletes complete one of the three following movements of their choice before getting back in the bike line: 1 rope climb, 5 hang cleans (115/75#), or 10 KBSs (53/35#).
