Haulin' Oats

We shouldn't need music to motivate us to workout. This could be considered an "extrinsic motivator" (see Gary's posts from February 17th and February 23rd). We should be able to have just as good of a workout to no music or even really crummy music as we would to our favorite playlist. Having said that, I realize that music can "enhance" our workouts, putting a little extra "pep in our step", especially when it's Hall and Oates singing a theme song for the workout.
