Push Pull Resist

Lots of fun ways to use a partner today! As a spotter on bench press, adding weight on ring rows and making running more funning!

Workout:

With a partner:
One partner completes a 30 meter resistance run (running forward 15m with partner supplying resistance with an elastic band then backwards 15m).
10 reps bench press
30m resistance run
10 reps wtd. ring rows.
Then partners switch roles.
Partners continue alternating rounds of 8,6,4, and 2 reps of bench press and ring rows.
Each athlete chooses starting weigts of bench press and ring row and can increase weight up to 20 pounds each round. The score is time of completion and the team's combined final weights of bench and ring row.
