Happy Mother's Day to all of you STRONG Mamas out there!!
I love this family! This was their idea of how to "pamper" Katie on Mother's Day!

Workout:

800 reps with a partner for time:
To start, athletes alternate rounds where they have 2:00 minutes to complete an unbroken set of one movement, switching until each has completed an unbroken set of each of the following movements:
Double unders (max 400 reps)
Wall balls
Push ups
KBSs
Tuck ups
Then they switch every 30 seconds, doing unbroken sets  until 800 total reps are completed.
