All the Pushes!

Fun team workout today that included prowler relays to finish a week full of prowler fun!!

Team workout for time:
Split the class into two teams. Then set an assault bike and a ski erg 30 meters apart with a prowler (90#) in between for each team. Half of each team line up behind an assault bike, the other behind the ski erg. Teammates relay doing 4/5 calories on one of the machines then pushing the prowler across to the other side and getting in line behind the other machine. They continue the relay until everyone has done 3 sets on each machine with prowler pushes. Then, 60 reps each of both push ups and KBSs.

50 reps each of GHD sit ups and front rack lunges (53/75).
Finishing with another prowler relay.
