Fitness and Fun

I think 3 person team workouts may be one of the most effective ways of getting in fitness and fun in one foul swoop. (Okay, maybe I'm still riding on this morning's endorphin high.) But with a 1:2 work to rest ratio, you can really push the effort every time it's your turn. (High output=high return). Also, we tend to push much harder for teammates than we will just for ourselves. And then the coordination of efforts, transitions and built in cheering squad makes it interesting and fun. Here's the 8am working on their rope climbs.

90/60 Calories on Assault Bike
21 Rope Climbs
100/70 Calories on Ski Erg
75 Power Snatch (115/73#)
*All teammates do the 1000m run together, and then all other elements only one teammate is working at a time.
