Teams of two alternate work between sets of a thruster/push press (65/95) ladder (1 th, 1 pp, 1 th, 2 pp, 1 th, 3 pp, etc.) and rowing for calories (150/200 cal). The rower can row once their partner picks up the barbell and must stop when they set it down. The completed rung of the push press ladder counts against a total of 40 (n) the team must complete. Additionally, before the teammates switch roles they must complete n reps of med ball sit up passes (if the team has completed 15 of the push press reps they do 25 (40-15) reps of sit ups.
