I Got It From My Mama

This photo is a chance for me to brag.
Not about myself, but about my mama.
I'll admit that I have a fair amount of fitness when it comes to Crossfit. And for a while I thought that was all me. But what I've realized in the past few years is that a lot of that I got from my mama. Yes, by way of genetics. But even more so because when I was growing up my mom was ADAMANT about going to Jazzercise 4+ times every week. And it wasn't because she "had" to exercise, it was because she wanted to. She's a hard worker, because she likes working hard, she takes pride in it. She enjoys it. And all those years of watching that behavior rubbed off on me. 
I'm good at Crossfit partly because of genetics, but mainly because my mom was a wonderful example of someone who enjoys to put in hard work.
