Carries

Heavy carries are such a great way to "load" the frame without having to do a ton of flexion and extension. They're a great way to work the midline, they're tough, functional and very effective.
I was really impressed with Flo today when she learned how to pick up the 60# sandbag (it's an awkward object) and carried it during the workout.
