Today we saw a movement we have rarely done in the classes before: single arm DB push jerk. It definitely took some getting used to, but a lot of folks were able to go much heavier than they may have expected (see our IG post with Rosemary handling the 50#!!) We focused on a controlled dip, explosive drive (Priscilla) and quick lockout (Christian).
