Did you choose correct numbers for today's 30 minute EMOM?
All of the numbers, on paper, seem very doable. But maybe for 5-7 rounds. Holding your numbers for 10 rounds can be just as challenging mentally as it is physically. Especially as your "rest" (transitions) get shorter and shorter. It can also be a terrific challenge and a way to keep intensity up for a longer period of time. If the workout had not been an EMOM, how long do you think it would've taken you to get the same amount of work done?
