Grayson has been coming on strong of late! He absolutely demolished the 100 burpees yesterday - sub 5 I believe? He said he thought he paced it well, starting off at around 18/minute. That gave him enough in the tank to sprint the last 20.
Lacy also PR’d the 100 burpees by 2 minutes!
