Row of (Ring) Rowers

Tim, Perry, Doug, Casey and Kris "Tabata-ing" their way through today's workouts. Intervals can be a really effective way to get work done at higher intensity with controlled rest periods. It would be interesting to see how long this same amount of work would take doing it simply for time, without the Tabata interval.
