CrossFit's all about getting out what you put in. The more you give (put in), the more you'll receive (get out of it).
Sometimes though this means putting in less - like a "deload" or recovery day - and that's how you get more out of the day.
Have you every thought about coming in for a recovery day? Maybe "putting in" a little less to allow the body to recover? These can be some of the most valuable and fruitful training sessions we have.
