Seals of Six

Angelo, Stacy, Cameron, Grayson, Hailey and Ashley (and Noreen) were the guinea pigs for the seals drags this morning. They made it look much easier than it proved to be!!

3 Rounds:
DB Reverse Lunge Steps x5/side
DB Single Arm Bent Over Row x8/side
10-15 V-Ups or Tuck Ups

4 Rounds:
OTM
1= 15 DB Strict Press
2= 10/7 Calorie Ski Erg or Assault Bike
3= 50’ Seal Drag
4= 200m Run
5= Rest
