You know those fast muscle cleans Fitters do in metcons where the elbows fly so fast around (or not) the bar it’s hard to tell what’s going on? No knock on anyone here just trying to work on their IWCABTMD, but the end of all barbell movements is a position where the weight is supported by the body.
Perry is doing hang power cleans here so it’s easy to see the weight supported by his body. In fast metcon muscle cleans we want make sure we feel the weight like this before going back to the next rep.
