3 Rounds with a partner:
3 minutes-max reps of wall balls and kettlebell swings (one person on each movement, every time someone has to break both partners do one rep of deadlift (185/275), then switch movements).
2 minutes rest
3 minutes-max calories (1 working at a time):
Round 1 - assault bike
Round 2 - row
Round 3 - ski erg
