Teams of 4
1 min on, 30 sec off at the following four stations:
20 back extensions
10 overhead squats (65/95)
10 dumbbell incline bench press (30/50’s)
2 rope climbs.
Each teammate starts at a different station completing the required number of reps as a buy in, then AMRAPing triple unders (double unders count 1/5) the remainder of the minute. The score is the total number of triple unders completed.
