Squat for Health

Hugh told me this morning that previous to doing Crossfit and specifically to squatting, he had such bad hip pain it would keep him awake at night. Since he’s been squatting the hip pain has gone away and feels much better. Go tell that to all those doctors and haters out there that say squatting isn’t good for you!
