Open Up the Possibilities

Some of us do the Open because we want to qualify for the Crossfit Games.
Some of us do it to measure ourselves against our peers or others out there in the world.
And some of us do it to measure ourselves against ourselves—to push ourselves to do things that we might not otherwise try, and to see if we are making progress, which can come in many forms—both physical and mental.
In 2018 Kim got to the HSPU’s, but could not get one. She has since done multiple HSPU’s, but always with one or two AbMats. Yesterday she got not one BUT two of her first Handstand Push Ups EVER while doing 20.3
