What a gorgeous sunny morning today at the gym.
24 minute AMRAP with a partner:
Alternating roles each round, partner 1 does a 60 meter resistance farmer carry (35’s/50’s) while partner 2 provides resistance by holding them back with an elastic band. Partner 1 then does an unbroken set each of both wall balls and KBSs. They score the lower of the 2 movements rep totals (so best to do equal reps of both). When the partners switch, the partner not doing wall balls and KBSs does the the same number of sit ups that they scored in the previous round, after providing resistance. The team’s score is the combined number of sit ups completed.
