Bringing Out Our Best

The 2020 Open is officially unofficially over for most of us and I must say that I am so impressed with everyone’s efforts. Many people did many things that they didn’t think were possible, including firsts on things like Muscle Ups, Handstand Push Ups, Clean and Jerking a weight they had never done before, just to name a few. Some of us also didn’t do as well at something as we thought we might, or came really close to getting a first, but just missed, but what matters most is that you all put yourselves out there, got uncomfortable and then gave nothing but your best efforts. I applaud all of you.
