1 1/4 Front Squat

DB Lat Pull Overs

KB Side Bends

Workout:

20 minute AMRAP:
7/10 Cal Assault Bike (no arms)
10 meter overhead lunge (35/45# plate)
6 med ball cleans (14/20)
10 meter backwards weight drag (35/45 # plate with rope attached)

Additionally, athletes must complete 100 reps of any combination of GHD sit ups and hip extension before the 20 minutes is complete.
