Today’s workout had a very Open-esque or Team Series feel to it. Seemed like a great way to get things kicked off for the Open, which starts tonight!!
If you are signed up for the Open you will need a REGISTERED JUDGE for each of your workouts. Please make sure you sign up for a heat time (and then we will assign you a judge). Open workouts will go down every Saturday. If you cannot make it on Saturday you HAVE TO SET UP ANOTHER TIME TO DO IT WITH HELENE OR ANNIE. We will have the Heat Schedule up by 8pm every Thursday night and you can link to it off of the right hand side of this very page.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR HEAT TIME MEANS THAT’S WHEN YOU WILL DO THE WORKOUT—YOU NEED TO COME IN AND WARM UP/SET UP PRIOR TO THAT TIME!!!

10 Minute Max Distance (Ski, Bike or Row) (Partners must switch every 30 seconds)
5 Minutes to find 1RM Hang Power Clean (Partners must alternate efforts)
50 Bar Facing Burpees (Partners must switch every 2 reps)
