Leave it to Josh to take a cool workout and make it even cooler!!

Workout:

5 rounds:
3 minutes on, 1 minute off
During each 3 minute round buy-in with rounds of the following:
3 power clean (95/135),
6 push ups, and
8 jumping lunges.
Depending on how many times through you do the buy-in you AMRAP the remainder of the three minutes with one of the following:
2x’s - maneaters (20/30)
3x’s - burpees
4x’s - pull ups
5x’s - double unders
The score is the total reps of maneaters, burpees, pull ups, and double unders completed.
