The Devil is in the Press

After all of the work in the first half of today’s class, people were definitely feeling fatigued in their triceps. Then we moved over to rowing and “Devil’s Presses” which finish over head (MORE tricep!!) The more people used their hips though, the less they had to use those fatigued triceps.

Workout:

5 Rounds:
3 Halting Deadlifts (3 Second Pause 3” off the ground)
10 Banded KB Seesaw Press/Side
15 Tricep Extensions

5 Rounds:
3 Minute AMRAP:
250/225m Row
10 Devil’s Press (50/35#)
Max Meter Row
Rest 1 Minute
*Goal is to get same meters every round
