Mob Prayer
/A little 10am prayer to the mobility gods…
Our days have been full and we have been able to get quite a bit done in an hour. If you are someone who needs/likes a little more warm up or mobility work, especially on these cold days, you can always come in early and do some of that on your own before class starts!!
Workout:
6 Rounds:
Every 2 Minutes:
2 Power Cleans + 1 Power Jerk
5 Minutes:
AMRAP UB Chin Up (with pauses 1/2 way up, at the top and 1/2 way down)
AMRAP UB Push Up (with pauses 1/2 way down, 1” off the ground, 1/2 way up)
Hacksaws
4 Rounds:
2 Minute AMRAP:
3 HPC (@ 65% 1 RM)
AMRAP Push Ups
2 Minute Rest
*The 3 HPC are the Buy In for the Push Ups. Every time you break in the Push Ups you have to do 3 HPC again before. Score=total Push Ups
