Negative Splits

We had a couple of great visitors today from Canada who definitely helped set the pace at 9am for today’s pacing workout. Keith and Trevor were a pleasure to have in class!

8-10 Banded KB Seesaw Press
Building across the 5 sets on the deadlift.

5 Rounds:
15 SDHP (95/65#)
10 Bar Facing Burpees
200m Run
Rest 2:00
