I wanted to capture Mark’s headband while he was on the Assault Bike this morning since it was so appropriate (“Everything Hurts”). But instead what came through loud and clear was the school Mr. Harris coaches for, the Pajaro Valley Grizzlies. Must be a sign to focus on the positive instead of the negative!

then….
Take off 10% and do 2 reps EMOM x4 Rounds

10 KB Row/Side
10 Band Pull Aparts with External Rotation

5 Rounds:
OTM
1= 150/100m Ski Erg
2= 50’ Heavy Sled Push
3= 8 Hang Power Snatch (95/65#)
4= 8/6 Calorie Assault Bike
