Today’s weight for the majority of the OTM split jerks was 85% of last week’s 70% feel.
HUH?!
Basically what this should have equaled was 6-7 reps of snappy, well positioned split jerks.
Like the one Kelly is doing here…

Workout:

10 Rounds
OTM
1 Split Jerk (6-7 rounds at 85% of last week’s last weight)

3 Sets:
15 DB Rows/Side
10 Side Lying DB External Rotations/Side

15 Minute AMRAP:
10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
10 OH DB Walking Lunges (Right hand)
10 OH DB Walking Lunges (Left hand)
30 Double Unders
