On paper today’s workout seemed doable. Four-ish minutes for the first 1k row, one squat clean every 6 seconds for 50 reps, and another four-ish minute 1k row. Plenty of time to get some “plate pinching” in. But in reality there weren’t quite enough seconds (or minutes) in there for most of us. It was a great challenge though.
