One of the 10 physical fitness components, defined by Jim Cawley and Bruce Evans, is balance. Balance can be defined as our ability to control our center of gravity in relation to our base of support. It is often overlooked as something we need to train until it is challenged; single leg deadlifts, free standing handstands and today’s workout.
With a partner for time:
As a team complete:
90 front squats (95/135)
300 double unders
90 ring rows
200 sit ups
One partner can complete reps only when the other is balanced on something precarious.
Partners switch once the other loses their balance.
