Time Under Tension

Movements don’t always have to be heavy to be hard or elicit a response.
Sarah was doing a great job of staying in a good position throughout today’s halting DL’s.

OPEN UPDATE:
We’re going to now start running the Open heats at 11am on Saturdays so that we don’t disrupt the classes AND the Open athletes have more space.

Workout:

5 Rounds:
4 Halting DL’s (Pause at 3” off the ground on the way up and down—never touching the ground)
8 Banded KB Seesaw Press/Side

10 Rounds:
1 Minute On/1 Minute Off:
1 Hang Power Snatch
3 Explosive Push Ups
AMRAP Double Under
-Building on HPS and targeting a 80-85% effort for the last 3-4 Rounds
