If you’ve been in the gym in the earlier mornings, you’ve probably seen one of our clients transitioning into a coach. Nathan got his L1 (Crossfit coaching certificate) 7 months ago and has started bringing in some personal clients. A few days ago Nathan shared the first video of his client Chad (and Meg) rowing and we talked a bit about technique. He coached Chad again this morning and Chad did a great job of implementing some corrections. Can you tell from the two videos what Nathan cued Chad on?
