Workout:

5 rounds with a partner for time (all med ball movements with 10/12# balls):
20 weighted med ball box jumps (full squat at top and bottom).
20 dumbbell incline bench press (30/45) thoracic spine on med ball.
20 med ball sit ups (sit up with and without the med ball).
10 med ball gassers.
