Just when you thought it couldn’t be done, Josh may have surpassed his own creativity with today’s workout!

Workout:

With a partner for time:
Program rowers for 16 rounds of 150m row and 45 second rest. Athletes alternate rounds on the rower. After each row, athletes complete an obstacle course (under a bench, over the pull up bar, and over a barrier) then work toward completing the team’s required 200 wall balls. Whichever athlete is doing wall balls should get back to the rower before the 45 second “rest” period is over. If they finish all the wall balls before the 16 rowing rounds are completed they skip the obstacle course and focus on the rowing.
