Jump! Without Jumping

Carmen gave Sho a great cue today which was to “jump without moving her feet'“. This was (I’m guessing) in response to Sho moving her feet but not really extending through the ankles, knees and/or hips. Once Sho focused on “jumping without jumping” she was getting great extension!
