Murph

Tomorrow, for Memorial Day, we will do “Murph”. If you do not know the story of Lt. Michael P. Murphy you can find it here or read the book/watch the movie “Lone Survivor”. We will do “Murph” to not only honor Lt. Murphy, but all of those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

Teams of 4
Each Athlete has 2 Minutes to complete:
10/7 Cal AB (Buy In)
As many reps/points possible at the following weights:
55/35, 75/55, 95/65, 115/75, 135/85, 155/95, 185/115, 205/125
Power Snatch=3 pts
Power Clean=2 pts
Deadlift=1 pt
While one teammate is working on the ladder the other 3 teammates are chipping away at 200 reps each of Box Jump (24/20”), KBS (53/35#), Sit Ups
Any unfinished reps will be subtracted from points earned in the ladder
