8 BB Back Rack Reverse Lunges/Side
10 Bent Over Supinated Row

3 Rounds:
:10 Prowler Sprint
:60 Rest
Then rest 2-3 minutes
6 Minute AMRAP:
250m Row
5 Burpees Over the Erg
Then rest 2-3 minutes
3 Rounds:
:10 Prowler Sprint
:60 Rest
