Skill vs. Score

Today’s workout was a great opportunity to focus on “skill” instead of score.
Janea tried jumping muscle ups for the first time. I’d say she’s pretty darn good at them!!!

Workout:

5 Sets:
+1 Weighted Strict Pull Ups (Goal is to do same weight as last week, but one more rep than last week each round)
10 Back Elevated Single Leg Hip Thrust

20 Minute AMRAP:
3 Rounds of:
5 Bar Muscle Ups
35 Squats
Then
400m Recovery Jog
