I So Hurting

Today we had wall sits as part of our “Leg Burner” piece.
Isometric exercises are tough because of the constant contraction of muscles and often require us to “go somewhere else” in our mind to block out the pain.
Here’s the 6am and 10:30am classes getting through their weighted wall sits.



3 Sets:
8 Back Squat (@68%)

2 Sets:
20 DB Goblet Squats
:20 DB Wall Sit
20 Walking Lunges (unweighted)

15 Minute AMRAP:
35/27 Calorie Row
50 Double Unders
15 Hand Release Push Ups
