With a Partner
17 Minute AMRAP:
P1= 1 Trip through Box Jump Ladder (7/5/3 Reps at 3 different boxes)
P2= Plank Hold
1 Trip Up and Back with 3 Plates (Lily Pad style)
20 Med Ball Over-Under Passes (5 Burpee penalty if ball is dropped)
20 Wall Balls Over Pull Up Bar (5 Burpee penalty if ball is dropped)
1 100’ Partner Prowler Push (M/M=230#, M/F=180#, F/F= 140#)
1 Minute Rest
2 Minute Max Med Ball Sit Ups w/ Partner
